Pergola and Patio Cover FeaturesThe Williamsburg pergola comes standard with double beams at 2” x 8”. These beams support 2” x 8” rafters, which get spaced at no more than 24” on center. You’ll enjoy shade from 1 ¾” x 1 ¾” stringers that are installed at 12” on center.
Ledgers – The ledger is made from hollow structural fiberglass and come in double 2″ x 8″. The ledger is attached to the wall of the building.
Rafters – Rafters are made from hollow structural fiberglass, 2” x 8”, and are installed at 24″ on center. Rafters are installed perpendicular to the ledger and stringers.
Stringers – Stringers are also hollow structural fiberglass, 1 ¾” square, and installed at 12″ on center. Stringers are installed on the top of the rafters.
